RT7220E 是一款同步整流控制器（Synchronous Rectifier, SR Controller），专为工作于临界导通模式（CRM, Critical Conduction Mode）、周期跳跃模式（CSM, Cycle Skipping Mode）及突发模式（BM, Burst Mode）的非对称半桥（AHB, Asymmetrical Half-Bridge）转换器而设计。RT7220E 透过侦测 MOSFET 汲极电压（Drain Voltage）来控制同步整流 MOSFET 的导通与关断时机，以最大程度缩短关断死区时间（Dead-Time），并利用同步整流闸极脉波传递正弦波能量，进一步提升系统转换效率。 RT7220E 支援 5V 至 48V 的宽输出电压范围，并内建高压线性稳压器（HV LDO），可在低输出电压条件下为 MOSFET 闸极驱动器提供稳定电源。当搭配 AHB 控制器 RT7795 使用时，还可启用双脉波（Double Pulses）功能，以优化重载及低输出电压条件下的转换效率表现。 此外，RT7220E 支援绿色节能模式（Green Mode）运作，在轻载条件下可将工作电流降低至 160μA 以下，以有效减少待机功耗并提升整体能源效率。 建议接面温度范围为 -40°C 至 125°C，环境温度范围为 -40°C 至 105°C。
