RT7273 将 3 组同步架构的 Buck 转换器集成在一起，可用于那些需要对系统进行优化以简化其设计的场合。<br>该器件集成了所有的功率开关，可用于 5V/9V/12 供电的场合，其输出电压可用电阻分压器进行设定，其范围介于 0.8V~(V<sub>IN</sub> -1V)之间。每个转换器通道都有独立的使能端，方便进行启停过程的时序控制。每个通道都有独立的软启动引脚，容许分别使用独立的电容进行软启动时间调节。电流限制端子也是各通道独立的，都只需要一只电阻即可进行设定。各通道还有补偿端可用于进行独立的补偿调节，使用简单的 RC 电路即可对回应特性进行调整。<br>转换器的工作频率可用一只电阻在 ROSC 端进行设定，也可在需要时通过 SYNC 端引入外部时钟信号实现同步操作，可用的频范围为 300kHz~2.2MHz。在通道 CH1 和 CH2/3 之间，转换器的操作相位相差了 180°，这样可将对输入滤波器的需求降到最低。<br>RT7273 可使用外部信号使其进入低功耗模式，这就容许主处理器处于待机（低活动）模式可主动降低功率消耗。
