RT7290A 是采用 ACOT<sup>®</sup> 控制架构的同步 Buck 转换器，无需使用外部补偿元件即可拥有极快的瞬态回应特性。它可在 5V~23V 输入电压范围内工作，且另有一个 3.3V 的线性稳压器输出和一个可以驱动外部电荷泵电路的 300kHz 时钟信号输出，过流保护、欠压保护、过压保护等完整的保护特性也包含其中，还有 1.5ms 的软启动设计和开漏 Power Good 指示信号输出。
