RT7296D为高效率，电流模式操作的同步降压型DC/DC转换器，输入电压范围4.5V至17V，输出电流可达3A。内部整合的高端80mΩ 与低端30mΩ 导通阻的MOSFET 可达到高转换效率。电流模式操作提供快速的暂态响应与内部的补偿架构，逐周期形式的限流机制可在输出短路时提供电路保护作用。RT7296D提供完整的保护功能，包括输入欠电压闩锁、输出低电压保护、过电流保护与过热关机保护。另可借由EN/SYNC 脚位讯号调整PWM操作频率。RT7296D支援TSOT-23-8 (FC) 包装。
