RT7333 是一款功率因数校正（PFC）控制器，整合追踪式升压（Tracking Boost）、谷底切换（Valley Switching）及频率降低（Frequency Reduction）等先进技术。产品可于临界导通模式（CRM, Critical Conduction Mode）及非连续导通模式（DCM, Discontinuous Conduction Mode）下运作。 内建前馈控制机制（Feed-Forward Scheme）及总谐波失真最佳化（THD Optimizer）功能，可在宽范围输入电压及输出功率条件下维持接近 1 的功率因数。 RT7333 的推挽式闸极驱动器（Totem-Pole Gate Driver）具备 800mA 灌电流（Source Current）及 1000mA 拉电流（Sink Current）驱动能力。产品同时提供停用（Disable）功能，在停机模式下静态电流低于 17μA，可有效降低待机功耗。 此外，RT7333 整合完整的保护功能，包括输入欠压锁定保护（UVLO）、输出过压保护（OVP）、输出欠压保护（UVP）以及逐周期限流保护（Cycle-by-Cycle Current Limiting），以提升系统可靠性与安全性。 RT7333 采用高度整合设计，内建可程式化回路补偿电路，可大幅减少外部元件数量。产品采用 SOP-8 封装。 建议接面温度范围为 -40°C 至 125°C，环境温度范围为 -40°C 至 85°C。
