RT8010B 是一款高效率脉波宽度调变降压型 DC/DC 转换器，可在 2.5V 至 4V 的输入电压范围内提供最高 800mA 输出电流。由于特别适合单节锂离子电池供电环境，因此广泛应用于行动电话、个人数位助理及各类手持式电子产品。 RT8010B 提供自动 PWM/低压差切换模式以及关机模式两种工作模式。内建低导通电阻同步整流开关可大幅降低 PWM 模式下的导通损耗，因此无需外接萧特基二极体即可达成高效率电源转换。 当一般 PWM 控制无法维持稳定输出电压时，RT8010B 会自动进入低压差模式，透过持续导通高侧 PMOS 提供输出电压调节能力。在关机模式下，当使能脚位被拉低时，元件的消耗电流可低于 0.1μA，有助于进一步降低待机功耗。 RT8010B 采用固定 1.5MHz 开关频率，使输出涟波可透过小型滤波元件轻松抑制，进一步缩小整体电路尺寸。搭配 WDFN-8L 2mm × 2mm 小型封装，可有效节省 PCB 空间，非常适合空间受限的可携式产品设计。 此外，RT8010B 还内建软启动功能、高精度低基准电压设计、过温保护及过电流保护，以提升系统稳定性与可靠性。
