RT8010C 是一款高效率脉宽调变 (PWM) 降压 DC-DC 转换器，可在 2.5V 至 5.5V 的宽输入电压范围内提供 1A 输出电流。RT8010C 非常适合由单节锂离子电池或其他电源供电的可携式电子装置，例如手机、PDA 与手持式装置。提供两种运作模式，包括：PWM/低压差自动切换与关断模式。具低 R<sub>DS(ON)</sub> 的内部同步整流器可大幅降低 PWM 模式下的导通损耗。实际应用中无需外部萧特基二极体。当一般 PWM 无法提供稳压输出电压时，RT8010C 会透过持续导通上侧 P-MOSFET 进入低压差模式。当 EN 脚位被拉低时，RT8010C 会进入关断模式，且耗电低于 0.1μA。由于固定工作频率为 1.5MHz，切换涟波可透过小封装滤波元件轻易平滑化。小型 WDFN-6L 2x2 封装可支援小 PCB 面积应用。其他功能包括软启动、具 2% 精度的较低内部参考电压、过温保护与过电流保护。
