RT8079A 是负载能力为 3A 的高效同步 Buck 转换器，可在 2.95V~6V 输入电压范围内工作。<BR>RT8079A 可在全负载范围内提供 ±3% 的输出电压调节精度，工作频率高达 2MHz，有利于减小电感尺寸。它集成 45mΩ MOSFET 开关，典型电流消耗为 550μA，转换效率高。<BR>RT8079A 的欠压锁定保护电压阈值为 2.7V，也可在使能端使用外部电阻网路对此进行调节。<BR>RT8079A 具有电感电流限制保护、欠压锁定保护和过热关机保护等功能，其过热保护阈值为 145°C。<BR>RT8079A 使用 WQFN-16L 3x3 封装供货。
