RT8096C 是一款高效率同步降压 DC-DC 转换器。其输入电压范围为 2.5V 至 6V，并可提供 0.6V 至 3.4V 的可调式稳压输出电压，同时输出高达 1A 的输出电流。内部同步低导通电阻功率开关可提升效率，并免除外部萧特基二极体的需求。具内部补偿的电流模式固定导通时间 (CMCOT) 运作，可在宽广的负载与输出电容范围内最佳化暂态响应。RT8096C 采用 TSOT-23-5 与 TSOT-23-6 封装。
