RT8098D是简单易用的2.5A同步Buck转换器，输入电压范围为2.7V至6V，内建高精准度0.6V参考电压源，集成低R<SUB>DS(ON)</SUB> MOSFET功率开关，转换效率高，采用SOT-23-6封装。</br>RT8089D采用电流模式固定导通时间 (CMCOT) 控制架构，具有超快速瞬态回应能力，周边元件少，在各种工作条件下的工作频率保持基本恒定，以强制PWM工作方式满足高精度输出电压调整能力的需要。</br>RT8089D采用下桥开关电流检测方式进行过流保护，性能强劲，以逐周期电流保护方式实现输出短路、超载或电感饱和等严重情形下的器件保护。有内部可调的软启动功能避免输入端电流冲击，有输入欠压锁定保护、输出欠压保护和过热保护 (热关机) 等功能确保各种情形下的安全工作。
