RT8108 系列产品是单相同步 Buck PWM 控制器，设计用于提供高精度、可程式设计的低压输出，内部参考电压为 0.6V 或 0.8V。RT8108 系列产品使用单回路电压模式 PWM 控制架构以获得快速的瞬态回应。因为具有高驱动能力，适合于大电流输出的应用。它们的固定工作频率为 200kHz / 300kHz / 500kHz，可以使用小尺寸的电感和电容以节省 PCB 空间和成本。RT8108 系列产品都集成了完善的保护功能，如 OCP、OVP、OTP 和 UVP，采用的封装为 SOP-8 和 SOP-8（含外露式散热焊盘）。
