RT8115C 是一款高效率单相同步降压 DC/DC 控制器，具备 5V/12V 供应电压。此 IC 采用绿色电压模式 (GVM<sup>TM</sup>) 控制，专为提升轻载条件下的转换器效率而设计。在轻载条件下，此 IC 会自动以固定导通时间 PFM 的二极体模拟模式运作，以降低切换频率并提升转换效率。随着负载电流增加，RT8115C 会离开二极体模拟模式 (DEM)，并以固定频率 PWM 在连续导通模式下运作。RT8115C 内嵌具高驱动能力的 MOSFET 闸极驱动器，支援高达 12V 的驱动电压，适用于高输出电流应用。此元件使用无损低侧 MOSFET R<sub>DS(ON)</sub> 电流感测技术进行过电流保护，并透过 LGATE 脚位 (LGOCS) 设定可调式临界值。其他功能包括电源良好指示、启用 / 停用控制与内部软启动。RT8115C 亦提供故障保护功能，以保护功率级输出。凭藉上述功能，此 IC 为客户提供具成本效益的高效率电源转换解决方案。RT8115C 采用 WDFN-10L 3x3 封装。
