RT8127为内建MOSFET驱动以及两组LDO的双通道输出同步降压型PWM控制器，具有绿能电压模式(GVM™)的特点，可以在轻载状态时达到高效率的表现。RT8127当在轻载状态时，可借由脚位设置自动操作在二级管仿效模式的固定导通时间PFM以降低切换频率并改善电能转换效率。当负载电流增加，RT8127脱离二级管仿效模式并操作在固定频率的连续导通模式(CCM)。180°的错相PWM控制可减少所需的输入电容大小。RT8127支援4.5V至26V的输入电压范围，并整合5V的LDO可供应给内部闸极驱动及控制器的电源需求。当通道1的降压转换器输出电压高于5V，供应电源会自动切换为内建的LDO供应5V的输出。RT8127提供每个通道的 致能/关闭 功能、外部缓开机设计以及可调的切换频率与电源良好指示功能，并采用无损耗的电感DCR电流感测技术的过电流保护功能。其它的保护功能包括过电压、低电压、过热关机与过低电压闩锁功能。RT8127并支持 WQFN-28L 4x4 的小型封装。
