RT8129A 是一款单相同步降压控制器（Single-Phase Synchronous Buck Controller），支援 5V 或 12V 电源供应。产品整合固定导通时间控制（Constant-On-Time，COT）PWM 控制器以及 MOSFET 驱动器，并内建自举二极体（Bootstrap Diodes），专为提升轻载条件下的转换效率而设计。 在轻载运作时，RT8129A 可自动进入二极体模拟模式（Diode Emulation Mode），借由降低开关频率来减少功率损耗，进一步提高整体转换效率。 RT8129A 还提供 Power Good 状态指示、Enable/Disable 控制以及内建软启动（Soft-Start）功能，可简化系统设计并改善系统启动特性。此外，产品整合完整保护机制，包括过压保护（OVP）、欠压保护（UVP）、过电流保护（Current Limit）以及过温保护（Thermal Shutdown），以提升系统安全性与可靠性。 本产品采用无耗损低侧 MOSFET 导通电阻（RDS(ON)）电流感测技术进行过电流保护。保护门槛可透过在 LGATE/OCSET 与 GND 脚位之间连接外部电阻进行调整，提供更高的设计弹性。 凭藉上述功能，RT8129A 能为各类高效率电源转换应用提供兼具性能与成本效益的解决方案。 RT8129A 采用 WDFN-10L 3mm × 3mm 封装。
