RT8129B是使用5V/12V供电的单相同步Buck控制器，它使用固定导通时间（COT）PWM控制架构，将MOSFET驱动器、自举二极体集成于一体，在轻载条件下运行时可自动降低工作频率并进入二极体模拟模式，可极大化地改善轻载效率。它具有Power Good指示、使能控制和内建的软起动功能，具有过压保护、欠压保护、电流限制和热关机保护等功能。它利用不会增加损耗的下桥MOSFET R<SUB>DS(ON)</SUB>电流检测技术实现过流保护，过流保护阈值可通过连接于LGATE/OCSET和GND之间的电阻来进行设定。其封装形式为WDFN-10L 3x3。
