RT8152A/RT8152B 是一款单相 PWM 控制器，内建 MOSFET 驱动器，并符合 Intel IMVP6.5 电压调节器规范，可满足行动平台 CPU 核心与绘图核心的供电需求。 RT8152A/RT8152B 采用立锜专有的 G-NAVP 架构，此架构源自有限直流增益补偿器的固定导通时间控制技术，可轻松满足 Intel 主动电压定位需求，简化系统设计与调校流程。输出电压透过 7 位元 VID 码进行设定，内建高精度数位类比转换器可将 VID 设定值转换为 0V 至 1.5V 的输出电压范围，每级调整解析度为 12.5mV，系统电压精度最高可达 ±1.5%。 本产品支援即时 VID 切换与即时工作模式切换功能，完全符合 Intel IMVP6.5 规范要求。RT8152A/RT8152B 可于单相模式与二极体模拟模式下运作，并可依据负载条件自动提高转换效率，在不同工作模式下效率最高可达 90%。 输出负载线可透过调整误差放大器的直流增益进行设定，配合适当补偿设计，可获得最佳化的负载暂态响应效能。晶片也可透过外接电容控制软启动时间及输出电压转换斜率，并支援电感直流电阻与分流电阻两种电流感测方式。 RT8152A/RT8152B 提供电源良好指示讯号与温度降频控制讯号，以符合 Intel IMVP6.5 绘图核心规范需求，同时提供额外的时脉启用功能以支援 CPU 核心应用。 此外，产品内建完整保护功能，包括过压保护、欠压保护、负电压保护、过电流保护以及过温保护，可有效提升系统可靠性与安全性。 RT8152A/RT8152B 采用小尺寸 WQFN-32L 5mm × 5mm 封装。
