RT8153C/D 是集成了 MOSFET 驱动器的单相 PWM 控制器，符合 Intel IMVP6.5 电压调节器规范，满足移动 CPU 内核和 Render 内核对电压调节器的需要。它采用立锜专有的基于有限直流增益补偿固定导通时间模式的 G-NAVP(Green Native AVP) 控制技术，易于设定，可满足 Intel AVP (Active Voltage Positoning) 移动 CPU/Render 的需求。其输出电压由7位元 VID 编码进行设定，内建的高精度 DAC 将 VID 编码转换为 0V~1.5V 的输出电压，其级差为 12.5mV，系统的控制精度可达 1.5%。它支援符合 IMVP6.5 规范的 VID 跳变和模式改变功能，支援二极体模拟模式，可在各种不同的负载条件下达到90%的转换效率。它包含 Power Good 和热抑制指示器，还有一个附加的时钟使能功能以符合 CPU 内核的规格。其软启动和输出电压/电流 变动率可通过外部电容进行设定，还包含完备的保护功能如过压保护、欠压保护、负压保护、过流保护和热关机保护。其封装为 WQFN-32L 5x5 和 WQFN-32L 4x4。
