RT8230A/B/C/D/E 是双通道 Buck 控制器，用于为电池供电的系统生成稳定的电压。其中包含两组输出电压 2V~5.5V 可调的 PWM 控制器和两组固定 5V/3.3V 输出的线性稳压器，每组线性稳压器可输出最大 100mA 的电流，5V 线性稳压器为 PWM 驱动器提供电源。RT8230A/B/C/D/E 具有片内上电时序管理功能、Power Good 输出、内部软启动功能，还有输出端关机软放电功能避免负电压的出现。</br>它采用固定导通时间控制技术，没有电流检测电阻，对负载瞬变具有 100ns 快速回应能力。为了消除音讯应用杂讯，还具有超声工作模式，可将工作频率维持在 25kHz 以上。为了获得最高的转换效率，它在轻载条件下会自动进入二极体模拟模式工作。其封装为 WQFN-20L 3x3。
