RT8237E 是高性能的 PWM 控制器，可将笔记型电脑电池高电压转换为低电压为 CPU 内核、I/O 介面、晶片组和记忆体供电，具备效率高、瞬态回应特性好、输出电压精度高等特性。</br>它采用固定导通时间的 PWM 控制架构，可在很宽的输入、输出电压比范围内工作，对负载瞬变具有 100ns 的“即时”回应速度，同时维持几乎恒定的工作频率。使用中无需像传统电流模式 PWM 控制器那样需要使用电流检测电阻，降低了成本，提高了效率。具备强大的同步整流 MOSFET 驱动能力，轻载条件下即进入二极体模拟模式工作，效率得到最大化改善，可以高效率将电池高电压直接转换为低电压。它采用预先设定的工作频率，简化了设计工作压力。</br>RT8237E 的主要用途是为 CPU 内核、晶片组、DRAM 或其他电压低达 0.7V 的负载供电，其封装形式为 WDFN-10L 3x3。
