RT8237H是高性能的PWM控制器，用于笔记型电脑中将电池高电压转换为低电压为CPU内核、I/O、晶片组和记忆体供电，最低输出电压可达0.7V，具备效率高、瞬态回应特性好、输出电压精度高等特性。它采用固定导通时间的PWM控制架构，可在很宽的输入输出电压比范围内工作，提供100ns级的负载瞬变回应速度，同时维持相对恒定的工作频率。使用中无需像传统电流模式PWM控制器那样需要使用电流检测电阻，降低了成本，提高了效率。具备强大的MOSFET驱动能力，轻载条件下可进入二极体模拟模式工作以提高效率。采用预先设定的工作频率，简化了设计工作压力。其封装形式为WDFN-10L 3x3。
