RT8237K 是用于将笔记型电脑电池高电压转换为低电压供 CPU 内核、I/O 介面、记忆体等使用的 Buck 控制器，具有效率高、瞬态回应特性好、输出电压精度高等特性，它采用 COT 固定导通时间控制架构，能轻松应对输入、输出电压比很宽的应用，对负载瞬变提供 100ns 级的及时回应，同时还能保持其工作频率基本不变。</br>RT8237K 无需使用传统电流模式 PWM 控制器需要使用的电流检测电阻，降低了成本，提高了效率。轻载时，拥有大型同步整流 MOSFET 开关的驱动器进入二极体模拟模式工作，进一步提升了效率表现。它有预设的工作频率可供选择，减少了新设计的工作量。其应用目标是为工作电压最低达 0.7V 的 CPU 内核、晶片组、记忆体等电路供电。其出货封装形式为 VQFN-16L 3x3。
