RT8237L PWM控制器提供高效率、优良的暂态响应和高精确度的直流输出，以用于笔记型电脑中从高电压电池降压生成低电压的CPU核心、I/O和晶片组RAM供应。</br>它采用 COT 固定导通时间控制架构，能轻松处理宽输入/输出电压比，并在保持相对恒定的开关频率的同时，对负载暂态提供100ns的「即时启动」响应。</br>RT8237L通过消除传统电流模式PWM中的电流感测电阻，以降低成本的方式实现高效率。它进一步提升效率的能力还包括驱动非常大的同步整流MOSFET和在轻负载条件下进入二极管仿真模式。它有预设的工作频率可供选择，减少了新设计的工作量。</br>其应用目标是为工作电压最低达 0.7V 的 CPU 内核、晶片组、记忆体等电路供电。其出货封装形式为 VQFN-16L 3x3。</br>建议结面温度范围为 -40°C 至 125°C，环境温度范围为 -40°C 至 85°C。
