RT8237N 是一款 PWM 降压控制器，专为笔记型电脑应用而设计，可将高电压电池电源高效率地转换为低电压电源，以供应 CPU 核心、I/O、晶片组及记忆体等负载。产品提供高效率、优异的暂态响应能力以及高精度输出电压调节特性，可满足现代处理器电源需求。 RT8237N 采用固定导通时间（Constant On-Time, COT）PWM 控制架构，可轻松因应宽范围输入与输出电压比，并提供约 100ns 的快速负载暂态响应能力，同时维持相对稳定的开关频率，提升系统稳定性与响应速度。 与传统电流模式 PWM 控制器不同，RT8237N 无需使用电流感测电阻即可实现过电流控制，不仅有助于降低系统成本，也能减少功率损耗并提升转换效率。此外，产品可驱动大功率同步整流 MOSFET，并于轻载条件下自动进入二极体模拟模式（Diode Emulation Mode），进一步降低切换损失并提高轻载效率。 其降压架构可直接由高电压电池输入转换至低输出电压，以获得最佳电源转换效率。内建预设开关频率选项可简化新产品的设计与开发流程。 RT8237N 特别适用于 CPU 核心电源、晶片组、DRAM，以及其他低至 0.7V 的低电压供电应用。 RT8237N 采用 VQFN-16L 3mm × 3mm 封装。建议接面温度范围为 -40°C 至 125°C，环境温度范围为 -40°C 至 85°C。
