RT8241是供笔记型电脑使用的将电池电压转换为低电压为CPU内核、I/O、晶片组、记忆体供电的PWM控制器，具有高效率、瞬态回应特性优越、输出电压精度高等特性。<BR>RT8241支援片内电压程式设计功能，可通过改变Gx输入端的状态对其输出电压进行设定，设定范围为0.675V至0.9V。<BR>RT8241使用固定导通时间 (COT) 的PWM控制架构，能轻松应对宽输入/输出电压比，提供100ns的即时回应时间应对负载瞬态变化，同时维持相对恒定的开关工作频率。<BR>RT8241的电路实现省去了传统电流模式PWM控制中的电流检测电阻，降低了成本，提高了效率。由于具有大型同步整流MOSFET开关的驱动能力，并可在轻载条件下进入二极体模拟模式，对效率的优化有进一步的促进作用。因此，它容许在Buck应用中直接将电池高压转换为系统需要的低电压，而效率还能保持最高水准，能在CPU内核、晶片组、DRAM和其他低压供电场合提供低达0.675V的电压供应。<BR>RT8241的封装形式为WQFN-12L 2x2。
