RT8249D 是双通道 Buck 控制器，用于为电池供电的系统生成稳定的电压。其中包含两组输出电压 2V~5.5V 可调的 PWM 控制器和两组固定 5V/3.3V 输出的线性稳压器，每组线性稳压器可输出最大 100mA 的电流，3.3V 线性稳压器在输出电流低于 35mA 时的稳压精度可达 1%。RT8249D 则提供了一个模式选择引脚 SKIPSEL 用于选择二极体模拟模式（DEM）或音讯避开模式（ASM）。它们具有集成化的上电时序控制功能、Power Good 输出、内部软起动功能和防止关机以后出现负压的输出软放电功能。</br>由于采用固定电流涟波的 PWM 控制技术，它在工作时无需使用电流检测电阻，对付再瞬变具有 100ns 的回应速度。为了获得最高的转换效率，RT8249D 在轻载条件下自动进入二极体模拟模式工作。其封装为 WQFN-20L 3x3。
