RT8282B 是一款高效率单晶片同步降压 DC-DC 转换器，可在 4.5V 至 23V 的输入电压范围内提供最高 2A 的输出电流。RT8282B 采用电流模式控制（Current Mode Control）架构，搭配外部补偿网路，可在各种负载条件与输出电容配置下实现最佳化的暂态响应性能。 产品内建逐周期限流保护（Cycle-by-Cycle Current Limit），可在输出短路时提供有效保护；软启动（Soft-Start）功能则可降低系统启动期间的输入涌入电流。此外，RT8282B 还整合欠压保护（UVP）与过温保护（Thermal Shutdown Protection），进一步提升系统可靠性。 在关闭模式（Shutdown Mode）下，RT8282B 的静态电流低于 3μA，并提供输出断开（Output Disconnect）功能，有助于简化电池供电系统的电源管理设计并降低待机功耗。 RT8282B 采用 SOP-8（Exposed Pad）封装。
