RT8463 是一款采用电流模式 PWM 控制的 LED 驱动器，适用于各类 LED 照明应用。凭借内置 2A 功率开关、4.5V 至 50V 的宽输入电压范围以及最高可达 50V 的输出电压能力，RT8463 可支持降压（Buck）、升压（Boost）以及升降压（Buck-Boost）三种常见电源拓扑结构。其工作频率为 470kHz，可有效减小外部电感以及输入/输出电容的尺寸。通过 100mV 电流检测控制机制，RT8463 能够实现高转换效率。亮度调节可通过模拟信号或 PWM 信号进行控制，内置独特的钳位比较器和滤波电阻，仅需搭配一个外接电容即可轻松将 PWM 信号转换为低噪声的模拟调光控制信号。RT8463 提供 TSSOP-14（带散热焊盘）和 WDFN-12L 3mm × 3mm 两种封装选择。
