RT8565 是能驱动6只 LED 的高效率 LED 驱动器，它集成了 26V/0.9A 的功率开关和萧基二极体，是固定工作频率为 600kHz 的电流模式 Boost 转换器，输入电压范围为 2.8V~4.5V 。驱动 LED 的电流可用一只外部电阻进行设定，回馈电压设定在 200mV 。在工作期间，一个内置的 6位DAC 对 LED 亮度进行控制，用户可以很容易地通过 EN 端子对 LED 电流进行调节。在进行电流调节期间， RT8565 不会让电流发生突然的变化，因而不会在输出电容上出现音讯杂讯。RT8565 的内部还有过压保护设定来预防输出电压超过器件的额定值，这是 LED 处于开路状态时的最大风险。RT8565 的封装类型是小型的 WQFN-8L 1.6x1.6 。
