RT8813A 是采用 PWM-VID 介面、针对高性能图形处理器应用进行了优化、符合 nVidia OVR2+1 规格的可以 3/2/1 相工作的同步 Buck 控制器，采用 COT 固定导通时间控制架构，集成了包括自举二极体在内的两组 MOSFET 驱动器，具有通道间电流平衡和包括过压保护、欠压保护、电流限制和过热关机保护等在内的保护功能，使用了 WQFN-24L 4x4 封装。</br>RT8813A 采用 R<sub>DS(ON)</sub> 电流检测技术，在持续的电感电流监测和采样技术的基础上实现精确的通道间电流平衡并实施电流限制保护。</br>RT8813A 支援 PWM-VID 动态电压控制技术，可将 PWM-VID 信号转换为外部参考输入并使输出电压的回馈信号跟随该输入的变化以实现输出电压的动态调节，其工作频率可调，相数动态可控，内含软启动，具有 Power Good 指示和使能控制功能。
