RT8843A/RT8843B/RT8843D 是一款 3/2/1 多相同步降压控制器，针对高效能绘图微处理器进行最佳化，并透过 PWM-VID 介面支援 nVidia OVR3i+ 规范。它可同时支援具电流输出的 DrMOS 与 DCR 电流感测。RT8843A/RT8843B/RT8843D 采用 AC G-NAVP<sup>TM</sup> (Green Native AVP)，这是立锜专有的拓扑，由内部 GM 放大器的有限 DC 增益搭配电流模式控制所衍生。透过采用 AC G-NAVP<sup>TM</sup> 拓扑，RT8843A/RT8843B/RT8843D 的工作频率会随 VID、负载与输入电压而变化，即使在 CCM (Continuous Conduction Mode) 下亦可进一步提升效率。此外，具 CCRCOT (Constant Current Ripple COT) 技术的 AC G-NAVP<sup>TM</sup> 可在整个输入 / 输出范围内提供优异的输出电压涟波表现。RT8843A/RT8843B/RT8843D 具备外部参考输入与 PWM-VID 动态输出电压控制，其中输出电压会被调节并追踪外部输入参考电压。RT8843A/RT8843B/RT8843D 可透过 PINSETx 脚位设定内部 RAMP 振幅，以最佳化稳定性与负载暂态效能。RT8843A/RT8843B/RT8843D 亦提供完整的故障保护功能，包括过压保护 (OVP)、欠压保护 (UVP)、逐相电流限制与过温保护 (OTP)。建议接面温度范围为 −40°C 至 125°C。
