RT8843A/RT8843B/RT8843D 是一款 3 相、2 相及 1 相多相同步降压控制器，专为高效能绘图处理器供电应用而最佳化设计，并支援 NVIDIA OVR3i+ 规范所要求的 PWM-VID 介面。产品可支援具备电流回授输出的 DrMOS 功率模组，以及电感直流电阻电流感测架构，提供高度弹性的电源设计方案。 RT8843A/RT8843B/RT8843D 采用立锜专有的 AC G-NAVP 控制架构，此架构结合电流模式控制与有限直流增益设计，可根据输出电压设定值、负载变化及输入电压自动调整工作频率，即使在连续导通模式下仍能有效提升转换效率。 此外，AC G-NAVP 搭配固定电流涟波控制技术，可在整个输入与输出工作范围内提供优异的输出电压涟波表现，有助于提升高效能处理器供电品质与系统稳定性。 产品支援外部参考电压输入以及 PWM-VID 动态输出电压控制功能，可让输出电压即时追踪外部参考电压变化，以满足处理器动态电压调整需求。同时可透过 PINSETx 脚位设定内部斜坡讯号振幅，以最佳化系统稳定度及负载暂态响应效能。 RT8843A/RT8843B/RT8843D 亦提供完整保护功能，包括过压保护、欠压保护、各相过电流保护及过温保护，可有效提升系统安全性与可靠性。 建议接面温度范围为 -40°C 至 125°C。
