RT8867是整合了3组 MOSFET 驱动器的改进型4/3相同步 Buck 控制器，它整合了8位 DAC 以支援 Intel VR11.x 和 VR10.x CPU 的电源供应，使用了最先进的动态相位控制技术，可在 PS1/2/3 等引脚的控制下动态改变工作相数，可在很宽的负载范围内获得很高的效率。它使用了无损耗的 R<sub>DS(ON)</sub> 电流检测技术进行电流平衡操作，其工作频率可调，软起动可调，具有短路保护、可调的过流保护、过压保护、欠压保护等功能，还有电源准备好、VR_HOT 和 <span class="overline">VR_SHDN</span>等指示信号输出。<br>RT8867采用 WQFN-48L 6x6 的小型封装。
