RT9009 是高性能 2.5A 线性稳压器，具有极高的 PSRR 指标和超低压差性能，是无线射频应用的理想选择。RT9009 自生消耗的静态电流在直通状态下也只有极少的增加，可有效延长电池寿命。它可与低 ESR 陶瓷电容配合工作，减少了对板面空间的需求，有利于掌上型无线产品的小型化。RT9009 在关机模式下仅消耗低于 1μA 的电流，其开机过程短于 400μs 。它还具有超低压差、高输出电压精度、电流限制保护和高涟波抑制比等特性，其封装为TO-263S-5。
