RT9026 是具有 3A 吐纳能力的循迹终端调节器，特为成本低、元件少的的系统而设计。 RT9026 包含一个高速运算放大器，它提供了负载瞬态变化快速回应的能力，仅需使用 20μF 的陶瓷输出电容。 RT9026 支持遥感功能，其所有功能的配置都是为了满足 JEDEC 规范所定义的 DDRI/II/III VTT 汇流排终端匹配的需要。此外， RT9026 还集成了在 S3（对 RAM 挂起）状态下让 VTT处于高阻状态的睡眠状态控制能力和在 S5 状态（关机）下 VTT 和 VTTREF 的软关断能力。 RT9026 可以得到热强化的 SOP-8（含散热焊盘） 、MSOP-10（含散热焊盘）和 WDFN-10L 3x3 封装供货。
