RT9032 是双输出、低杂讯、低压差线性稳压器，每个输出的驱动能力为 300mA，输出电压范围为 1.1V~3.3V，输入电压范围为 2.5V~5.5V。RT9032 的输出电压可通过对 P1、P2 端子的电压设定进行程式设计，每颗晶片可有9种不同的电压组合，对电压组合的选择通过将 P1、P2 端子分别连接至 VDD 、GND 和悬空来进行。RT9032 的输出电压精度为 3%，具有低压差（ 330mV@300mA ）和超低的静态电流（ 32μA ），关机时的电流消耗几乎为0，非常适合电池供电的设备使用。它还具有电流限制、过温保护和输出短路保护功能。RT9032 可与很低容量的陶瓷输出电容配合稳定工作，占用板面空间少，成本低廉。RT9032 的封装是 WDFN-8L 2x2 和 WQFN-8L 1.6x1.6(COL)。
