RT9033 是一款专为是高输出电流的应用设计的低压差线性稳压器。此产品对于负载步阶变化的回应速度非常快，适合用于低电压的微处理器应用。RT9033 使用一个内部的 P- MOSFET 作为通器件，在重载和压差状况下不会造成额外的静态电流。关断模式 (shutdown mide) 低工作电流，使 IC 适用于节电系统。RT9033 也适用低 ESR 的陶瓷电容，从而减少所需的电路板空间，并且在关断模式下，功耗低于1μA。其它特性包括超低压差电压，高输出精确度，限流保护和过温保护。RT9033 采用 TO- 263-5 封装。
