RT9066 是一款具备 Source/Sink 的追踪式终端稳压器，专为低成本及低外部元件数量的系统所设计。 RT9066 内建高速运算放大器，可提供快速的负载瞬态响应，且仅需最少 30μF 的陶瓷输出电容即可稳定运作。RT9066 支援远端感测（Remote Sensing）功能，并具备符合 JEDEC 规范所需的所有功能，可为 DDRII、DDRIII 以及 LPDDRIII / LPDDRIV 的 VTT 终端电压汇流排提供电源。 此外，RT9066 提供 Open-Drain PGOOD 讯号，用于监控输出稳压状态，并具备 EN（Enable）控制讯号，可在 DDR 应用进入 S3（Suspend to RAM）模式时，将 VTT 电压放电至关闭状态。 RT9066 采用散热效能优异的 WDFN-16L（5mm × 3mm）封装。
