RT9081A 是一款高效能正输出线性稳压器（LDO），采用独立偏压电源（VBIAS）架构，专为需要低输入电压与超低压差（Ultra-Low Dropout）特性的应用而设计，最大输出电流可达 500mA。 RT9081A 的超低压差特性非常适合输出电压接近输入电压的系统应用。其主输入电压最低可低至 0.8V，而输出电压可透过外接电阻分压器进行调整，以满足不同系统的供电需求。 此外，RT9081A 具备极低的静态电流（Quiescent Current）消耗，可有效降低待机功耗，因此非常适合各类可携式及电池供电设备，有助于延长电池使用时间。 RT9081A 采用小型 ZADFN-6L 1.2mm × 1.2mm 封装，可提供高性能且节省空间的电源管理解决方案。
