RT9092 是一款高效能正电压低压差 (LDO) 稳压器，专为需要极低压差电压、超高电源供应涟波抑制 (PSRR)、低杂讯与低静态电流，且此 IC 可提供高达 250mA 输出电流的应用而设计。输入电压范围为 2.2V 至 5.5V。此元件设计可搭配 1μF 输入与 1μF 输出陶瓷电容运作（无需独立杂讯旁路电容）。<br /><br />RT9092 在 WL-CSP-4B 0.67x0.67 (BSC)、ZQFN-4L 1x1 与 SOT-23-5 封装中，于输入电压、负载与温度变化下具备精准的 2% 输出调节。输出电压可提供 1.2V 至 4.5V，并以 25mV 为步进。<br /><br />建议接面温度范围为 −40°C 至 125°C，环境温度范围为 −40°C 至 85°C。
