RT9093／RT9093A／RT9093N 是一款低压差线性稳压器（LDO），可在 1.2V 至 5.5V 的输入电压范围内工作，并提供最高 300mA 的输出电流。其输出电压支持两种模式以满足不同应用需求。在可调模式下，输出电压可设置为 0.8V 至 5V；在固定输出模式下，则可提供 0.8V 至 3.45V 的固定输出电压，无需外接电阻分压器，从而降低物料成本（BOM）并节省 PCB 空间。该器件内置 EN 使能引脚，可用于系统电源时序控制，同时集成过流保护（OCP）和过温保护（OTP），以防止异常情况发生。RT9093／RT9093A／RT9093N 提供 TSOT-23-5 封装，支持固定输出和可调输出版本，方便各种应用设计；此外还提供无需外接分压电阻的 ZQFN-4L 1mm × 1mm 封装版本。该产品完整规格适用于结温 TJ = -40°C 至 125°C 的工作范围。
