RT9166/A 系列 CMOS 低压差线性稳压器具有优化了的超快瞬态回应能力，可以 230mV 或 580mV 的最小压差提供 300mA 或 600mA 的电流输出。<br>RT9166/A 在设计上针对 CD/DVD-ROM、CD/RW 和无线通讯等应用进行了优化，仅需使用 1μF 输出电容即可稳定工作，具有超低压差、高输出精度、电流限制保护和高涟波抑制比等特性。<br>RT9166/A 可以 0.1V 的电压间距在 1.2V~4.5V 范围内提供固定的输出电压，其封装皆为三端的 SOT-23、SOT-89、SOT-223、TO-92、TO-252等。
