RT9167/A 是一款 300/500mA 低压差、低噪音的小功率调节器，适用于可携式的应用。输出电压范围从 1.5V 到 5V，以每 100mV 递增，且精确度达 2%。RT9167/A 的设计可搭配非常低 ESR 的电容， 即使搭配 1μF 的输出陶瓷电容，输出仍能保持稳定。RT9167/A 使用一个内部的 P-MOSFET 作为通器件，以防止载重载和压差条件下，造成额外的静态电流。关断模式 (shutdown mode) 低工作电流，使 IC 适用于节电系统。其它特性包括具有一个参考旁路 (reference bypass) 脚位来增加低杂讯时的性能、限流保护和过温保护。
