RT9178 是针对射频与无线应用进行了优化的高性能低压差线性稳压器，输出杂讯极低，静态电流消耗很小，有专门用于杂讯消减的端子。即便是在直通状态下，其电流消耗也仅是轻微增加，对延长电池寿命有帮助。RT9178 可与低 ESR 的陶瓷电容配合稳定工作，可在应用中缩减空间占用，对空间狭小的掌上型无线应用有帮助。RT9178 在关机模式下耗电少于 0.01μA，开机过程耗时低于 100μs，具有低压差、高输出精度、电流限制保护和高涟波抑制比等特性，其封装为 SOT-23-5 。
