RT9187C 是高性能的 600mA 低压差线性稳压器，具有极高的 PSRR 指标和超低的压差特性，是可擕式射频应用的理想选择，可兼顾其对性能和空间的需求。它具有独立的杂讯抑制端子用于杂讯消减目的，静态电流消耗在直通状态下也只有轻微的增加，可有效降低消耗，延长电池使用时间。它可与低 ESR 陶瓷电容配合稳定工作，对板面空间的要求不高，符合掌上型设备应用的需求。在关机模式下，RT9187C 的电流消耗低于 0.1μA。它还具有超低压差、高输出精度、电流限制保护和高涟波抑制比等特性，其封装为 SOT-23-5 。
