RT9193 专为便携式射频（RF）及无线通信应用而设计，可满足高性能及高空间利用率需求。其性能经过优化，可在电池供电系统中提供超低噪声及低静态电流表现。产品还提供噪声旁路（Noise Bypass）引脚，可进一步降低输出噪声。 在低压差（Dropout）状态下，稳压器接地电流仅会轻微增加，有助于延长电池使用寿命。RT9193 同时支持低 ESR 陶瓷电容，可有效减少电源应用所需的电路板空间，特别适用于手持式无线设备。 RT9193 在关断模式（Shutdown Mode）下的耗电流低于 0.01μA，且启动时间小于 50μs，可提供快速响应能力。其他特性包括超低压差电压、高输出电压精度、电流限制保护以及高电源纹波抑制比（PSRR）。 RT9193 提供 SC-70-5、SOT-23-5、TSOT-23-5、WDFN-6L（2mm × 2mm）及 MSOP-8 等封装选项。
