RT9232B 是一款单相同步降压 PWM DC/DC 转换器控制器，专为驱动两颗 N 沟道 MOSFET 而设计。其内建 0.8V ±1% 高精度参考电压，可提供精确可程式化的输出电压，以满足低电压应用需求。 RT9232B 采用外部补偿、单回路回授的电压模式 PWM 控制架构，可提供快速的暂态响应。其振荡器支援 50kHz 至 800kHz 的可程式化开关频率，可减少外部电感与电容尺寸，进而节省 PCB 板空间。 RT9232B 能提供快速的负载暂态响应，以满足高电流输出应用需求（最高可达 25A），同时将外部元件数量降至最低。此产品特别适用于高效能绘图处理器（GPU）、DDR 及 VTT 电源应用。 RT9232B 内建完整保护功能，包括软启动（Soft Start）、输出使能（Output Enable）、欠压锁定保护（UVLO）及过电流保护（OCP），并采用小型 14 脚位封装。
