RT9266 是一款体积小巧、效率很高、启动电压很低的 Boost 架构升压型 DC/DC 转换器，采用自我调整电流模式 PWM 控制环路，其中包含了误差放大器、斜坡信号产生器、比较器、开关元件及其驱动器，可在很宽的负载范围内以稳定的状态进行高效率的操作，无需使用外部补偿电路。低达1V以下的启动电压使得 RT9266 可被用于1~4节碱性电池供电的应用中，输出电流高达300mA以上。其工作频率为450kHz，可以使用小型的外部元件与之配合工作。低达17μA的静态电流和高转换效率的结合使之能让电池效能得到充分发挥。可用两只电阻对其输出电压进行设定。其内部包含2A的功率开关，也可驱动外部功率元件与其配合工作。
