RT9284A/B 是紧凑型的高效、高集成度的 LED 驱动器，内建的 22V 耐压 MOSFET 可支援2~5只串联的 WLED 背光应用和相机闪光灯应用，高度整合的、包含补偿电路在内的设计使得只需最少5只外部元件就可构成完整的应用电路。优选的工作频率使得只需使用小型的 LC 滤波器，低工作电流使得转换效率得到保证，内部软启动电路使得冲击电流最小化。小型的 TSOT-23-5 和 TSOT-23-6 的封装为取得最佳的 PCB 设计提供了低成本的方案。
