RT9285C 是集成了续流二极体的高频、非同步 Boost 架构转换器，可用于驱动2~5只串联连接的白光 LED 或是为 OLED 供电。它的内部集成了软启动功能以降低冲击电流，在 1MHz 的固定频率下工作，因而可以使用小型的外部元件，解决 EMI 问题也很简单。IC 的过压保护点设定在 20V，容许使用价格适宜的、较低耐压等级的小型输出电容。LED 电流可用外部电流检测电阻 R<sub>SET</sub> 进行设定，其回馈电压为 250mV 。RT9285C 的封装是小型的 TSOT-23-6 、 2mm x 2mm 的 WDFN-8L 和 XDFN-8L，在使用中可以节省 PCB 空间，保持总成本的最优化。
