RT9300A/B 是用于替代传统白光 LED 应用中的电流镇定电阻的高性能低压差 LED 驱动器，它使用一只内部电阻对4只 LED 的电流进行设定，匹配误差低于5%。与使用电阻进行镇流相比，RT9300A/B 容许在更宽的供电电压范围内获得更低的电流变化范围、极低的电压降，在有的应用中还可获得效率的最大化。当流过每个 LED 的电流为 20mA/15mA 时，RT9300A/B 仅需 60mV/45mV 的电压降落空间即可获得很好的 LED 亮度一致性。
